I loved every minute of being here. First of all The Woodlands is a magnificent neighborhood. There is security everywhere and it was very clean and lively but still quiet at night. I loved the room we had, it was very spacious and everything worked really well. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful and even made sure to give us our favorite room before our flight back to Germany at the end of our stay in the beginning of January. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I stayed at the Hyatt Centric for work. We had training in the meeting rooms on the second floor. All of the staff was super accommodating and helpful. They definitely made the stay. The rooms were ok, clean and location was great. But the staff by far was the best part of the stay.

The best hotel in the Woodlands, you cannot go wrong. Talk about location, it does not get better than this. A perfect room too...And the staff was wonderful - Alexa was great, he helped in so many ways. As Hyatt Globalists we appreciate so much being valued - no one does this better than Hyatt!

Breakfast was delicious, room was nice and spacious and the location is awesome! Charles is very nice and he made me feel right at home and got me checked in pretty quickly. He also recognized me for my Globalist status and gave me a nice upgrade due to my status. Will stay here again in the future the next time I am in Houston.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful! We went to celebrate our anniversary and I thought it was such a nice touch that we had champagne waiting in our room. The room itself I thought would be on the smaller side, but it was actually quite large. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the service was wonderful! Cons: We tried out the hotel restaurant. The live music was great and I really enjoyed it, but when it came to the food, it was kind of questionable. My husband and I got the burgers and the meat definitely did not seem thoroughly cooked. I know I should have said something, but didn’t know if it would be worth it. My husband ate his burger - so I guess maybe it was just me 🤷🏻‍♀️. Anyways, overall it was pretty pricy for the food, so probably will try another place if we return.
